Return Policy

1. Return Policy Overview
Thanks for shopping at Valuero! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

 

2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • You have started the process by contacting us.

 

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are free upon start of return within 7 days of receipt of item. All shipping cost for return after are non-refundable. 

 

4. Damaged/Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at Help@Valuero.org for assistance. 

 

5. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
